This Application Programming Interface (API) document is aimed at helping you connect your software &amp; online services to SPL’s shipping &amp; tracking platform. By using these APIs, you will be able to get the information that you need to get started with the integration.

This Application Programming Interface (API) document is aimed at helping you connect your software & online services to SPL’s shipping & tracking platform. By using these APIs, you will be able to get the information that you need to get started with the integration.

We take data privacy and security seriously and ensure that any information collected through the integration are compliant with regional and global security regulations. During the
integration, we implement the right set of security tools to safeguard information being transmitted between system for which 2 levels of security means are used for each method :
1-     Authorizing Requests: during this cycle, each submitted request will be validated based on the most recent generated API bearer token using valid and approved credentials. Those credentials are provided by SPL’s team at the commence of the integration. 2-     Authorizing Customer Identity: during this cycle, each submitted request should contain a valid and approved customer and branch code.

To ensure we maintain high standards of security and provide additional protection for users and accounts, our API services use a combination of technology and software protocols that impose API authentication. Users will require to get a bearer key token that requires frequent renewal.

- Create a shipment on SPL’s platform. 
- Create multiple shipments on SPL’s platform.
- Track their shipments by AWB Number or by Reference Number.
- Get the sortation center name / Office by address.

This API will allow authorized users to generate and print labels for multiple shipments (per one AWB) or by selecting a batch of AWB’s into a single file print (Bulk Print multiple AWB’s).

This API will allow authorized users to retrieve the Saudi Full National Address using either the Short Address or the X, Y coordinatesImportant Notes: • You must provide at least one of these parameters: shortAddress or the coordinate values (longitude, latitude). • If both are provided: o The API will first check the Short Address. o If the Short Address is invalid, it will then use the Coordinates. • The provided values must be valid; otherwise, an error message will be returned. • The user can choose the language of the response, noting that the English is the default language
